Job Title: HR/Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate company events and employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and boost employee morale.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and helpful assistance.
Assist with payroll preparation, including data entry, verification, and resolving any payroll-related issues.
Support other HR initiatives as needed, such as performance management, training, and employee development programs.
Requirements:
1-2 years of professional work experience in an administrative or HR role.
Prior experience in administrative support or HR functions is preferred.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
High school diploma required; college degree in HR, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
