Salary: $50,000 plus commission

Job Title: Landscaping Sales Representative

Job Overview:

The Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing Landscaping and Maintenance accounts in Cumberland County, ensuring Inch&Co. quality standards are met at all times. The ideal candidate understands the landscaping field, equipment, and laws to effectively perform their job. This position has a primary focus in Cumberland County.

Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance contracts and assist in completing those contractual obligations as needed.

Establish a residential and commercial presence for Inch&Co in Cumberland County. Build business organically by community involvement and generating leads.

Use required technology, such as phones/tablets/computers.

Properly utilize Google Drive and One-drive to upload contracts for each subsequent season.

Sell new contracts and upsell existing contracts to meet sales goals.

Evaluate existing contracts for profitability.

Bill all daily/weekly/bi-weekly work complete inside and outside of contractual agreement to maintain proper cash flow.

Forecast capitalization needs with the General Manager.

Communicate timely, effectively, and professionally at all times.

Monitor quality and provide proactive solutions for commercial accounts.

Monitor materials to ensure all jobs are stocked.

Support management of snow contracts as needed.

Qualifications:

At least High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; 2 or 4-year college degree a plus

Experience in Cumberland County preferred.

Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) a plus

Valid PA Driver License

PA Pesticide certified or technician status in applicable category preferred.
