Noble Biomaterials, Inc is currently seeking a Manufacturing Purchasing Agent.
Salary: $46,000-56,000 annually based on experience

SUMMARY: Procure materials, equipment, and services for the company to support business operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Purchases materials, supplies, inventory, and services following established guidelines and procedures set forth by management.
Monitor open order status, completion, and track order performance.
Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
Review Purchase Requisitions to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications prior to ordering.
Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and pricing, ensuring the most-up-to-date information.
Work together with AP Dept to ensure orders meet budget guidelines.
Maintain a supplier scorecard and institute corrective actions with the supplier when warranted.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Notifies Manager of all issues and asks for support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and one to three years related experience and/or training.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Business Administration or related field.
Computer skills required: Inventory Software and Microsoft Office
Other skills required: Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships.

Occasionally required to stand.

Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
Continually required to talk or hear.
While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more up to 20 pounds.

Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Wearing protective equipment such as safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe boots.
