Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager sets the standard for service expectations by overseeing every aspect of the guest experience from start to finish, positively coaches and councils’ staff to achieve the highest quality of service in all areas of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager must demonstrate skill and care when selecting, scheduling, training, developing, mentoring, and managing team members. The Restaurant Manager will ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed to meeting guest needs, including assisting the General Manager in recruitment of hourly team members. The Restaurant Manager must be able to lead the team according to our First Commitment: People, Our Greatest Resource.

Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant
The Restaurant Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Manager
Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
