Position: Personal Injury Attorney

Location: Houston, TX

I am partnered with a well established regional firm located in Houston, TX with a highly collegial environment is seeking a 7+ year Personal Injury Attorney. This is a full-time positon that comes with a suite of solid employee beneifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury defense litiation or insurance defense litigation. Attorneys with experience in other areas of law such as medical malpractice, product liability, construction, premises liability and general liability ARE encouraged to apply! The primary focus of the position will be in defending clients in personal injury litigation such as but not limited to fatalaties, explosions, slip and falls, and drownings.

Skills and Requirements of the Personal Injury Attorney:

7+ years experience preferrably in personal injury defense and insurance defense

Trial experience preferred

Litigation experience in TX state courts

Collaborate with partners on case strategy and client commuincation

Licensed to practice law in TX
