We have an opportunity for a Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to successful completion and closeout. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets

Oversee project procurement, including subcontractor selection, negotiation, and contract management

Manage project teams, including engineers, superintendents, and craft workers

Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies

Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges and optimize project outcomes

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Manage project budget and cash flow

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management

Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)

Valid driver's license
