Trademark Attorney

We are in search of an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Trademark Law. The ideal candidate will possess:

3-5 years of specialized experience in Trademark Law

Preference given to candidates with a background in a prominent law firm

Proficiency in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement

Hands-on experience with trademark prosecution, including drafting and filing trademark applications

Extensive client interaction regarding various trademark matters

Adherence to legal requirements and regulations

Exceptional attention to detail in drafting cease and desist letters and representing clients in infringement disputes

Outstanding academic achievements

Active membership in good standing with the Texas Bar
