Estimator - Site Development

Our expanding client in heavy civil and infrastructure construction is in search of an Estimator with expertise in Site Development/Earthwork projects. The Estimator will be responsible for conducting quantity take-offs, performing cost analysis, and engaging in competitive bidding, utilizing the latest estimating software. The bidding process typically involves lump sum, unit rate, and cost-plus estimates for a diverse range of projects.

Requirements:

- A college degree in Construction Management, Estimating, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- Proven eperience in estimating or project engineering within a related field.

- Knowledge of construction costs and budgets, with the ability to contribute to the development of project schedules.

- Familiarity with construction practices, techniques, and equipment.

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, AGTek, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and a willingness to promote teamwork.
