Job Description

Title: Capital Improvement Technician

Location: Various cities throughout the state of Georgia

Schedule: Full Time 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with Travel

Skills:

Basic renovation construction skills:

- General Drywall Repair

- General Paint

- General Rough and Trim Carpentry

- Minor Plumbing

- Minor Electrical

- Basic Residential Construction knowledge

- Basic math skills

Requirements:

Must Have Current Driver’s License, Vehicle, and Insurance

Must Have Own Tools

Must Be Willing to Travel if Necessary
