Joining our B2B Commercial Team of 6, our Affiliates Manager role will see you utilising your relationship building skills and commercial acumen to drive growth opportunities across our ever-expanding network! You will lead on growing and diversifying the MoneySuperMarket and Quidco affiliate programmes, having the freedom to develop new, innovative solutions that will further improve our outstanding proposition.

Our Commercial Team have a growing network of white label, API and affiliate partners across a broad range of products, with ambitious strategic goals to develop these further. This gives the team the exciting chance to seek out new development opportunities, driving forward their ideas, seeing the value they add to the business daily!

What will your daily life look like?

Responsibility for leading the MoneySuperMarket and Quidco affiliate programmes across all key product verticals

Build and maintain positive relationships with our affiliate network and partners

Use data insight to optimise existing affiliate performance, analyse and identify areas that are under-performing and capitalise on areas that are performing well

Research, identify and recruit new affiliate partnerships, working with internal teams to ensure the affiliate programme meets all regulatory requirements

Identify and take advantage of tactical opportunities, while also working closely with internal colleagues and partners to plan and implement long-term growth initiatives

Track, measure and report on the performance of activity against specific KPIs

Contribute to finance and data processes (performance reporting, validations etc)

What to expect from the interview process:

1. Screening call with Chess (Internal Recruiter) - 30 mins

2. Competency based interview - 45-60 mins

3. Task based interview - 90 mins

What do we need from you?

Proven success in an affiliate role, managing an in-house programme in a digital environment

Proven success in a commercial role, understanding key trading levers and performance drivers.

Experience launching and assessing the success of new channels

Proven analytical experience, understanding trends, identifying risks, assessing success metrics and managing data, using Excel, Tableau, Power Bi, etc

Shown success building positive stakeholder relationships and your internal / external network

Proven success managing budgets and negotiating contracts

We operate a hybrid working model, with Colleagues spending 2 days in the office each week. For this role, these days are Tuesday and Wednesday.
