Connecting them over the calls and having a good conversation with them.

According to the job description, checking the relevant resumes and processing their candidature.

Scheduling interviews If get shortlisted collecting their documents and sharing it to Onboarding team Restarting the process of hiring till the time didn't getting the selection on a specific role.

Following up with the candidates on each stage od hiring process.
