Title: Security Guards

Location: Coteau du Lac

Payrate: 24.75 $/hrs plus premiums

Schedule: Open schedule

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards to join our team in Montreal. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of client properties and personnel. This role involves a combination of customer service, security operations, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to handle crisis situations, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirement:

· At least 6 months of experience as a security guard

· Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

· Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.

· Must have a valid Montreal ( BSP) Security License.

· Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.

· First Aid and CPR

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities:

· Security Operations: Monitor client properties, conduct regular patrols, and ensure compliance with security protocols.

· Customer Service: Greet visitors and interact with employees and clients in a professional manner.

· Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all parties involved.

· Reporting: Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports; escalate issues when necessary.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with provincial and local security regulations.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with other security personnel and client staff to maintain a secure environment.
