Candidate must be able to work in the office located in Birmingham, MI The Salesforce System Administrator is a proactive individual that will help us develop and continually improve our salesforce platform.

They will assist in implementation of the program along with helping design and drive best practice solutions.

The position will support development, continuous improvement, problem solving, and training along with getting to know our business operations.

The Salesforce System Administrator must be available to work in office in Birmingham, MI.

Job Duties & Responsilbilites * Support, advise, collaborate and provide input in the design and configuration of Salesforce product related to the business needs and goals * Manage all aspects of user and license management including setup and deactivation, access, profiles, permissions, and groups.

* Facilitate a ticket system and resolve all ticket inquiries promptly * Lead configuration changes related to: flow, fields, page layouts, record types, settings, reports and dashboards that supports business needs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.

* Ensure data accuracy and integrity through proficient data management practices, including data imports, cleansing, and maintenance * Analyze reports and data to provide recommendations * Ensure proper API setup and success * Develop and facilitate end user training * All other related duties as assigned Qualifications * Salesforce product knowledge with 3+ years’ experience of hands on administration including Salesforce Field service * Salesforce certification * Strong customization and development skills * Excellent collaboration and communication skills * Proven experience in troubleshooting and providing end user support Preferred Qualifications * Exceptional project management skills * Previous experience in integrating salesforce with other external systems * Experience building and implementing Salesforce solution * Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in a technical discipline Physical Demands * Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer * Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks * The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.
