We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial and Residential Pool Sales Representative/Project Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional skilled in both sales and project development, with a focus on delivering exceptional pool design and construction solutions to both commercial and residential clients.Responsibilities

Sales and Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients in both the commercial and residential sectors.

Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide expert advice on pool designs, construction, and maintenance.

Prepare and present proposals that meet client specifications and budget requirements.

Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve sales targets.

Project Development:

Oversee the project development process from concept to completion.

Coordinate with design teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects adhere to regulatory standards.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with the project progress and outcomes.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure a high level of client retention and satisfaction.

Collect client feedback to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with other departments, including design, construction, and finance, to ensure project success.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to team objectives.

Stay informed of industry trends and competitive offerings.Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, specifically in the pool industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of pool construction, design, and maintenance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Education & Experience

Would like of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the pool industry or a related field.Compensation
