Compensation: This is a non-exempt position, with a monthly salary of $4,000.
Role Summary: The Sales Operations Coordinator role is a fully onsite position in our Houston office, 5 days a week. This position is part of the sales department, coordinating sales operations with other departments and external stakeholders such as vendors and merchants. You will be responsible for assisting the VP of Business Development with the department’s administrative tasks, coordinating sales training, managing sales systems and executing merchant retention strategies.
Responsibilities:
Assist in compilation of training materials, execute training plans and deliver training for the sales team
Coordinate between sales manager and each team member in drafting and finalizing career development plan; Monitor the plan execution
Coordinate with HR in sales recruitment and sales new hire orientation training, improve hiring process
Periodically collect and review sales team’s learning and development needs
Review sales team members’ phone call recordings and provide feedback
Assist with sales compensation and incentives design with VP
Support frontline sales by managing/analyzing sales data
Maintain the CRM and other sales tools
Assist the VP of Business Development in daily administrative tasks
Account Closure Management: Coordinate closure requests from the CS team, process and finalize account closures as requested
Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints related to closure requests, providing guidance and resolution to retain customers when possible
Team-specific Closure Metrics Summary: Compile and track closure counts per individual team. Regularly update and maintain accurate closure statistics at the beginning of each month. Send the detailed breakdown of closures to the accounting team for their records and analysis
Monthly Closure Report: Compile a detailed report summarizing closure activities for the previous month. Include metrics, trends, and notable observations for review
Closure Details communication: Distribute specific closure details to respective team managers promptly at the beginning of each month, ensuring transparency and accountability
Conversion Analysis and Follow-Up: Analyze the monthly closure record to identify potential leads. Collaborate with SASs to convert closures into opportunities. Update records based on SAS’s feedback and notes for future actions

Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. We are an E-Verify employer!
Bilingual proficiency in both Mandarin-Chinese is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Suite.
