Description:

To prepare monthly client account statements.

To handle documentation for the sale and rental of property liaise with agents, lawyers, regulatory bodies and property administration for the said property.

To handle inquiries regarding property for sales and rentals.

Find listings and arrange the viewing of the properties.

Upload and update the property listings onto internet site such as company website, I-Property, Property Guru and Facebook.

Attend the viewings for agents and clients.

Do necessary sales administration work, such as Tenancy agreement and SPA preparation with lawyer.

Arrange for maintenance departments services such as renovation, air conditioning service, plumbing, cleaning, etc.

To handle all scopes of paperwork and keep updated with the latest news and policies related to Property market in Selangor/KL.

Requirements Proven work experience as property admin staff.

Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects.

Strong knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.

Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.

Well organized with excellent time management skills.

Diploma in Property Management or related field is added advantage.

Valid driving license.

Good English written and verbal communication skills.

Property Sales experience is preferred Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month (Amcorp Mall, Persiaran Barat, Seksyen 52 Petaling Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor)
