Mechanical Design Engineer

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Participates in technical reviews of refrigeration system requirements, specifications, designs, and codes.

2. Prepares design of Freon/Ammonia Refrigeration System and selection of valve and pipe size.

3. Design of Cold Room Polyurethane Insulated Sandwich Panels (PU Panel).

4. Creates CAD models, including pipe raceway, P&ID, machine assembly drawings and planning the material of system and make Bill of Materials (BOMS) to support manufacturing and Project Installation.

5. Works with senior and fellow engineers to develop alternatives and options for completion and further development of projects.

6. Provides technical and engineering support for day-to-day project site works.

7. Communication and coordination of client’s team to seamless finish the clients’ requirement on time.

8. Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.

9. Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and system capabilities, and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Preferably with PRC License.

2. Candidate must be in related field such as refrigeration designing company, contractor, engineering department of refrigeration industrial plant at least 3 years experience.

3. Strong knowledge of CAD modeling, drawings and with experience in Refrigeration Design.

4. Knowledge of how to use standards, safety regulations, testing requirements, country specific requirements, etc.

5. Effective use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

6. English mandatory.

7. Good written and verbal communication skills;

8. Team working skills;

9. Familiar with Refrigeration system device, pipeline and valves functions

10. Must deeply understand refrigeration system principle, refrigeration system cycle

11. Good foundation in Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer and Refrigeration Cycle.

12. Hands on experience with installation of PU Panel and Refrigeration system is a plus.

13. Hands-on and can-do attitude.

14. Must hardworking and diligent. Lazy bones are not welcomed.

15. Can work under pressure and have independent thinking and problem solving ability.

16. Willing to work in Cainta Rizal.

17. With driver license is a plus point.

19. Candidate who are willing to gain refrigeration technology in long term and eager to use those knowledge to change their life better will be welcomed
