Responsibilities:
• Ensure employees’ compliance with company rules and regulations pertinent to contents of
the company's employee manual
• Conduct case investigations; prepare documentation and recommendations for
corrective/disciplinary actions.
• Prepare and issue disciplinary actions, employee contract extensions, end of contract notice,
termination, regularization, and suspension letters.
• Responsible for the follow through of issuance of confirmation letters and probation extension
letters.
• Develop and update a systemized tracker for Administrative Hearing, Attrition, Separated
Employees, and other required reports
• Case management of people related issues such as: disciplinary, grievance and absence
management.
• Conduct Admin Hearings, Exit Interviews and Exit Interview Analysis.
• Plan and prepare company-related events and activities.
• Attend Focused Group Discussions once a month
• Other duties and responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities and the likes
• Must be an experienced Employee Relations Specialist specializing in Labor Relations for a
minimum of 1-3 years in a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center
environment with not less than 300FTEs
• Familiar with the Philippine Labor Code and has adept knowledge and experience in handling
Labor Cases
• Experience and exposure in conducting FGD, attrition analysis and recommendations
• Must have had experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
• Must have Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skill
• Has good Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills
• Must be willing to be assigned in the night shift / graveyard shift
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
