Job Summary:
Responsible in various HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance. Will Work closely with management and employees, while contributing to foster a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes align with organizational goals and Philippine labor regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Source, recruit, and interview potential candidates.
Conduct job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of salary structures and incentive programs.
Provide guidance on employee benefits and address inquiries.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Develop and implement employee development plans.
Facilitate workshops or training sessions.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures.
Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Handle documentation related to employee records.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process.
Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction.
Organize company activities and events.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
With 2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
With proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
