Responsible on daily recruitment process from sourcing (through walk-ins, PESO or job fairs, leafleting, referrals and other recruitment programs) to deployment.
Performs tagging of deployed applicants in the Manpower Request Form and monitors open manpower requests.
Endorses qualified applicants to Account/Project Supervisor for store deployment
Ensures completeness of employment requirements of newly-hired personnel.
Updates master file on deployment and monitors status of employment until disengagement with the company.
Processes and generates regular reports on manpower deployment, vacancies, turnover and retention.
Must have an experience in digital marketing (Canva/Facebook Boosting/Tiktok Boosting)
Must know how to edit pictures and videos
Must be proactive and public speaker
Must have good communication skills: Oral and Written
Knowledgeable in Google Workspace (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
