DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages the sales operation in his division

Identifies the marketable and feasible area where sellers could position

Strategize the day-to-day activities of the division

Design plans and programs to meet sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SD:

Preferably a licensed broker

Handled Sales Team 5 or more years

Has an above average leadership skills

Has an extensive knowledge in Real Estate

Real Estate experience is a must

College graduate.
