The Sales and Technical Engineer performs the sales and technical support functions of the company products. As Sales Engineer, the individual is responsible for product positioning internally with the Sales Group and holds discussion to address challenges faced by partners and suppliers. The Technical Support functions includes performing routine actions which keep the equipment/modems/terminals in working order or prevent trouble from arising (preventive maintenance).
The actions include the combination of all technical and corresponding administrative, managerial, and supervisory.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or any course related
With at least 3 years of experience in related field
Solid knowledge on technologies across a wide variety of areas
Knowledgeable of technology products
Knowledgeable in basic IP networking
Knowledgeable in using RFI tools and equipment
Ability to provide and deliver technical presentations confidently
Ability to build business relationship with vendor partner and customer
