Sales Representative
Description:
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Sales Agent will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new products and services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales in frozen meat industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
