We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our luxurious resort and casino hotel. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing daily operations, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service quality and hospitality throughout the hotel.

Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, security, and maintenance.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.

Financial Management: Develop and manage the hotel's budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to attract guests and increase bookings, including special promotions and packages.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, and implement procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Facility Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and cleanliness standards to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and presentable at all times.

Community Relations: Build positive relationships with the local community and authorities to enhance the hotel's reputation and support its operations.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the hotel's efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Not less than 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a Hotel and Casino setting overseeing at least a 3-star, 80-key room hotel

Amenable to work in Boracay

Willing to provide two consecutive/updated pay slips to baseline the job offer

Amenable to do onsite interviews in Parañaque if needed

Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
