Head Nurse
Description:
Plans, directs and evaluates the administration and delivery of nursing care on her unit within 24 hours
Analyzes and determines the nursing needs of the patients for the day by assessing the general conditions of all patients, observation of their signs and symptoms, complaints, priority needs.
Supervises guides and evaluates the work of the staff and/or personnel through clinical rounds and conferences with the hospital medical staff.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse
Must have a BLS certification
With at least 2 years of clinical experience
