Job Summary:
Responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing medication counseling, and educating patients on proper medication use and skincare routines. Collaborate with the clinic operations team to monitor patient progress, assess treatment outcomes, and adjust medication regimens as necessary. Additionally, the role may be involved in inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
Provide medication counseling and educate patients on proper medication use, including dosage, administration, and potential side effects.
Collaborate with dermatologists and other clinic staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
Monitor patient progress and assess treatment outcomes, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Conduct medication therapy management services, such as medication reviews and adherence assessments.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of pharmaceutical care activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including pharmacy laws and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advances in dermatological pharmacotherapy.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking medications and supplies.
Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
With valid license to practice pharmacy in the Philippines.
Prior experience working in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting preferred.
Experience in dermatology or a related field is advantageous but not required.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacotherapy, and medication management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications and maintaining records.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and customer service.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the clinic environment.
Continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and stay current with developments in the field of pharmacy.
Proficiency in English and Filipino languages, both written and verbal, is required.
Full-time position with regular clinic hours, including some weekends as needed.
Work environment primarily indoors within a clinical setting, with occasional exposure to dermatological treatment procedures
