Admin Management
· Receiving of Noticed Letters and Memos for Tenants.
· Strictly enforce the property Deed of Restrictions and Rules and Regulations.
· Execute closing activity/space padlock, if any, through management order.
· Administer the readiness and friendly turn-over of the “Ready-for-Occupancy” units to tenants.
Tenant Relations/Tenant Service
(Closely coordinate with the Property Admin Supervisor)
· Address various complaints of tenants and refer to each department/personnel concerns.
· Facilitate efficient feedback system/coordination communication that encourages inputs and information dissemination through constant follow-ups by way of all means of communications.
· Provide tenants and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling building maintenance, communicating building procedures and supplying general building information.
· Provide high quality of customer service, update and maintain current daily and emergency tenant contact list and tenant information manuals.
· Dispatch tenant work orders.
Handle tenant, vendor and prospective tenant walk-ins.
