Service Crew (Cebu City)

1. JOB OBJECTIVE:

Provides a combination of customer service, order preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a positive dining experience for customers.

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

2.1 Customer Service:

2.1.1 Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders.

2.1.2 Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

2.1.3 Provide information about menu items and promotions.

2.1.4 Ensure a positive and friendly customer experience

2.2 Order Preparation:

2.2.1 Prepare and assemble food orders according to client’s standards.

2.2.2 Ensure that food items are served hot and fresh.

2.2.3 Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion.

2.3 Cash Handling:

2.3.1 Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change.

2.3.2 Operate cash registers and other payment processing equipment.

2.4 Cleanliness and Hygiene:

2.4.1 Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

2.4.2 Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards.

2.4.3 Follow proper food safety procedures.

2.5 Stocking and Inventory:

2.5.1 Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed.

2.5.2 Assist in maintaining proper stock levels
