This job covers the effective and efficient implementation of the end to end process of all the Health and Wellness programs of the Company and ensures that all employees strictly comply and participate accordingly.

Strategic Management and Direction

o Supports the HRDA Manager in formulating short nd long-range plans, strategies, policies, measures and initiatives for OSH (Health and Wellness) related functions.

o Assists the HRDA Manager in the preparation of budget plan for healthcare and wellness related programs.

Application of Skills and Abilities

o Reports to the HRDA Manager in overseeing management of OSH related policies, processes and initiatives such as but not limited to the following:

A. Basic and Holistic Healthcare Programs

o Coordinates with HRDA and Health Sub-Committee (under the SHE Committee) in the planning, monitoring, execution and evaluation of health and wellness initiatives.

o Suggests healthcare and wellness related practices such as proper diet, good hygiene, sanitation and healthy lifestyle.

o Oversees the healthcare and wellness awareness campaign by facilitating education, orientation, awareness seminars or discussion groups on relevant and prevalent health issues concerning employees.

o Supports the conduct of regular SSHE Toolbox meeting.

o Acts as the company representative in coordinating with Regulatory and Statutory Authorities about health related concerns on a regular basis.

B. Administration of basic healthcare treatment and medication

o Stores, monitors and controls medical supplies, and equipment of the Company.

o Monitors, records, and reports symptoms or changes in the patient employee's conditions.

o Provides, diagnoses, attends and monitors first aid treatments on injuries, accidents and other health related illnesses including relevant reports for future reference and availment of benefits.

o Conducts regular health examination and check-up of employees with physical and medical concerns.

C. Medical and Physical Examination (including Pre-employment, Return to Work and Annual)

o Handles the conduct of random mandatory drug-testing in the Company.

o Verifies and evaluates pre-employment and annual physical and medical examination results as well as explains the results to the subject employee.

o Reviews and validates Medical Certificate or Medical Clearance submitted by an Employee who called in sick for several days. Once acceptable, issues Fit to Work or Return to Work Notification to the said employee.

o Provides assistance to employees for the processing of required health and sanitary permits on a yearly basis.

D. Employee Health Records Maintenance and Safe Keeping

o Records patient employee’s medical information and vital signs.

o Evaluates and analyzes healthcare related data, trends and reports to identify causes of problems and develops sound recommendations for improvement of policies, processes and programs.

o Files and updates health and medical records of employees on a regular basis.

E. Quality Management System

o Supports the HRDA Manager in preparation, monitoring and evaluation of QMS implementation in the HRDA Department specifically health related processes.

o Updates and ensures the completeness and integrity of all Health/Wellness internal documents and records.

o Attends and participates to all QMS related trainings, preparations, meetings and audits.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate of BS Nursing preferably with a Licensed

· With or without work experience

· With BOSH Certificate

Expected salary: 23,000 - 25,000 per month
