Description:

Generating purchase orders, invoices, and sales quotes.

-Manage goods inward and outward processes, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established

procedures.

-Handle warranty claims efficiently, coordinating with suppliers and customers to facilitate returns or replacements.

-Create product codes and maintain product databases with accurate information.

-Manage accounting transactions and inventory data with Xero and Unleashed software..

-Coordinate stock movements for subsidiaries, including transfers and replenishments, to ensure optimal inventory

levels.

-Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and warehouse, to streamline processes and

improve efficiency.

-Provide support in reports and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.

-Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

-Proven capability in accounting function with exposure to sales and stocks management.

-Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero and Unleashed.

-Competent skills with VLookUp, Pivot Table, or any advanced formula in Excel.

-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-Possess strong communication skills to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization and able to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

-Experience in generating and interpreting sales reports is preferred.

-Ability to work under pressure, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

-Capable to easily understand new concepts, technologies, and procedures.

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

-Analytical mindset and the capacity to evaluate data, identify trends, and make recommendations for streamlining procedures.

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to varying objectives.

-Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

MANILA: Willing to work on a Hybrid Setup with max 1 month of on-site training 7AM-4PM

ILOILO: ON site -7AM-4PM
