As a VA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by utilizing your expertise in Excel and providing top-notch customer service. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to our continued success.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data and run pivot tables.

Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.

Basic accounting knowledge and experience with business invoicing.

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle escalated inquiries professionally.

Excellent command of written and verbal English.

Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
