We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced_ Human Resource and Admin Manager_ to oversee and manage the overall HR and administrative functions of our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, as well as overseeing admin and facilities management. The role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can contribute to the organization's success by fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management

Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational objectives.

Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance on employee development and career progression.

Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.

Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.

Admin and Facility Management:

Oversee administrative functions, including office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.

Develop and implement safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Oversee management and renewal of business permits and certifications.

Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present management reports on HR and administrative metrics.

Analyze data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.

Proven experience in HR and administrative management, with a minimum of 3 years in Organizational Development and HR generalist experience.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes.

Advanced interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong HR analytics and reporting skills

Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System), MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
