BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) for our Charlotte, NC Habilitation office. This office provides best in class care to both adult/pediatric clients throughout Anson, Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Richmond, Rowan, Stanly, Union County.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.

Visit our adult & pediatric I/DD clients and conduct assessments in Charlotte, NC and other surrounding areas.

Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.

Supervise Direct Support staff in the field.

Facilitate new hire orientation.

Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN required.

Experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities strongly preferred.

Supervisory experience highly preferred.
