Operations):

Strategically supervise and help manage warehouse such as Inbound, Inventory, Fulfillment, Logistics and returns

Implementation of new fulfilment solutions catering to the client needs.

Keep track of quality, quantity, orders level, stock levels, and efficiency

Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Note: Responsibilities and functions may require adjustment during the period of employment along with evolving business needs

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain or equivalent

At least 3 years relevant experience in end to end operations, preferably in an Ecommerce or startup company

Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Strong client-facing experience needed

Analytical & data driven

Quick leaner & self-motivated

Proactive and a proven problem solver
