We are looking for:

Training/ Knowledge in service and support on Industry Standard Servers (HPE, Dell, IBM) with Non-MS OS, storage and networking experience

Good Presentation Skills

Basic knowledge on ITSM

Training/ Knowledge on Server/Storage/Networking concepts

Training/ Knowledge on one computer Languages and database.

Basic functional knowledge on Operating system Windows, HPUX, UNIX, Linux, VMware

Flexible to work in Shifts & location

It’s a plus if there is Knowledge on Remote Support tools.

Basic understanding / knowledge of various cloud platform

Native Proficiency in Arabic language and good communication skills in English

Educational Qualification - Diploma in technical field or equivalent experience.
