Genius Consultant

Experience in AS400 technologies and Genius COTS product with minimum 3+ years

Hands on coding experience in RPG, RPGLE, CLP, CLLE, SQL, DB2/400

Thorough knowledge in SDLC process and Change management

Analyse, Develop, test based on high level design specification and requirements

Perform debugging and able to provide tactical/permanent fix

Prepare artefacts and documents for each phase of the SDLC as required

Support integrations and data exchange with other systems

R&R for SA:

Experience in Genius product in with minimum 6+ years

Proficient in AS400 technologies DB2/400, SQL

Familiar with Agile or Scrum framework

Analyse customer requirements, understand business challenges

Work with cross functional teams to derive apt solution

Reviewing and gate keeping teams deliverables

Lead and mentor distributed teams

Desire to set and help enforce standards

Stakeholder management interacting with business SME's

Design and derive apt solutions for the requirements and problems.
