TSCO (Trade Settlement & Confirmations Operations) Branch Operations

Details of the Division and Team:

TDI TSCO Korea Branch Operations provides operational support such as trade settlement, confirmation, reconciliation and regulatory reports (Process) for Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives (Products). Some of process had been delegated to out of Korea so collaborate with them for day-to-day deliverables.

Your key responsibilities:

Fully understand of products and process-FX, Money Market, Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives in Investment Banking

Perform the processing-trade settlement, confirmation, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.

Closely communicate with external and internal stakeholders for any issues and queries on operational process.

Be specialized with local regulatory reports in line with regulations (regular and adhoc) to regulators-Bank of Korea, FSS for all product reports and Korea Exchange for Trade Repository

Lead the regional/local projects for system deployment to comply with regulatory requirement-New and change and to increase the level of automation.

Collaborate the teams to create Business Requirement documentation and Key Operating Documentation.

Your skills and experience:

Minimum of 2 years of working experience & knowledge in Investment Banking Operations such as Trade Settlement, Confirmations, Reconciliation and Regulatory reporting for Investment Banking

Demonstrate control-focused, pro-activeness, self-disciplines with ability to work effectively and efficiently.

External and Internal project experience collaborating with stakeholders.

Good communication and social skills with ‘can do’ attitude.

Team player, willing to contribute to the collective success of the broader teams

IT technical skills / Proficient with MS Office application.

Fluent in both Korean and English
