Live-in Caretaker, Chelsea, London

An UHNW family are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy live-in Caretaker for their secondary London residence.

The key duties of the role will be to oversee the security at the property, and to ensure that all IT and AV operations are working as they should.

This will include checking Wifi, CCTV cameras, air conditioning/ heating and alarms etc.

In addition to this, you will assist with light/ basic maintenance duties and regular checks of the property to ensure that everything is maintained to the family’s high standards.

It will be your responsibility to report any issues to the relevant person.

The successful candidate will need to have a flexible attitude, although the family will not be unreasonable in their requests.

This will be a live-in position, with flexible hours of work, largely depending on whether or not the family are in residence.

The majority of work/ checks will be required over the course of the afternoon/ evening.

You will be required to work six days per week, with one day given as a day off.

For much of the year the property is unoccupied, except for the household staff.

Private accommodation will be provided in a separate private apartment, a short walk from the family’s property.
