2nd Shift Mon-Fri with some scheduled Saturdayâ s.

4:30pm-1am but can run until 3am. Plan on 10-hour days.

$16.50 an hour

$250.00 Signing Bonus after 90 days (Some Exceptions)

Forklift Operator

As a forklift operator in a Toyota warehouse, your main responsibilities would include:

Material Handling: Operating a forklift to move materials, products, and goods within the warehouse. This involves loading and unloading trucks, stacking and organizing items on shelves, and transporting materials to various locations.

Safety: Adhering to strict safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment. This includes proper use of safety equipment, awareness of surroundings, and compliance with Toyota's safety standards.

Equipment Maintenance: Conducting routine checks on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition. Reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly to maintenance personnel.

Communication: Effectively communicating with team members, supervisors, and other warehouse staff. Coordinating activities to meet production and shipping goals.

Efficiency: Striving to optimize warehouse operations by maintaining a high level of efficiency in material movement and storage.

Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changes in the workflow or priorities. Handling unexpected situations and adjusting to evolving demands.

Job Duties:

Physical work is required- Must be able to lift, pull, push 50lbs

Previous forklift experience preferred but not required

Must be able to work well with others

Must be able to work well under pressure

Must have excellent interpersonal skills

Must have the ability to multitask and make quick decisions as needed

Pick and audit warehouse orders

Perform general warehouse duties as needed

Willingness to be cross trained in multiple job functions and departments
