As the Assistant Director, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team and establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre’s local community.

In this role, you will:

Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care

Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team

Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence

Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

About Goodstart Caulfield:

We are a 128-place centre located near to public transport and local amenities

Inside our purpose-built centre you will find six large spacious learning spaces over two levels and a separate nursery sleep area

Each learning space has direct outdoor access whee you will find sensory gardens, pebbled creek beds, tee pees, pergola, digging patch and two large sandpits

You will join an experienced Centre Director who supports the growth and development of our Educators
