Your Role:

Our rapidly growing marketing department is seeking a skilled Landing Page Designer with experience in the Adult Entertainment industry. This critical role will focus on creating responsive, visually appealing landing pages that optimise user experience and maximise conversion rates. This person will also develop engaging and effective marketing materials that enhance brand visibility and drive user interaction. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to align design practices with our strategic goals while adhering to industry-specific legal standards. Reporting to the CMO, this role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and drive significant user engagement and brand loyalty.

Design and produce a wide range of high converting marketing materials, including print collateral, digital advertisements, promotional items, and event-specific materials.

Create responsive, visually appealing landing pages that ensure a seamless user experience across all devices using Figma or other design tools

Research and analyse landing pages of competition with the aim to identify the elements that work

Iterate landing pages based on data

Speed of landing page creation is important. We expect the right candidate to think of scaleable ways to create & iterate landing page designs.

Apply UX/UI principles to enhance conversion and aesthetics, focusing on intuitive navigation and impactful call-to-action elements.

Work closely with marketing, content, and technical teams to align landing page designs with campaign goals, company branding, and SEO strategies.

Utilise A/B testing and analytics to refine designs, focusing on improving conversion rates and ensuring high page performance.

Ensure all designs comply with legal requirements specific to adult content, incorporating age verification systems and data protection measures.

Integrate videos, animations, and interactive media to engage users.

Test and troubleshoot landing pages across multiple browsers and devices to ensure consistent performance and quality.

Oversee design projects from concept through to execution, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and client expectations.

Keep abreast of new technologies and design trends, applying insights to ongoing projects, and provide regular updates and reports on page metrics and user feedback.

Your Qualifications:

Must-haves:

3-10 years of experience designing landing pages and creating marketing collateral specifically for Adult Entertainment.

A robust portfolio showcasing successful projects in the industries mentioned above, highlighting the designer’s ability to engage target audiences effectively.

Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in designing for adult content, and dating services to ensure compliance while maximising user engagement.

Ability to incorporate video, audio, and other multimedia elements into landing page design if relevant, enhancing user interaction and retention.

Experience using Figma as well as knowledge with UX/UI.

Skills in crafting compelling and appropriate content for landing pages that resonate with the target market and comply with industry standards.

Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
