is seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Head Bakers.

This role involves overseeing the bakery's daily operations, managing the baking team, and ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods.

Job Location: Canada Salary: $20.00 -$25.00 hr Job Position: Lmia Head baker Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week Education: High School or Diploma Degree Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements Key Responsibilities: Baking and Production: Lead the preparation and baking of a variety of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and specialty items.

Ensure that all products are made according to the bakery's recipes and quality standards.

Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the baking team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Provide guidance and support to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on all baked goods to ensure they meet or exceed the bakery's standards for taste, texture, and appearance.

Address any issues related to product quality or consistency.

Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper storage of ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.

Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Customer Service and Custom Orders: Interact with customers to understand their preferences and handle special orders or requests.

Ensure that customer needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our bakery.

Qualifications: LMIA approval for Head Baker position.

Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or similar role, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
