HVAC - Service Technician / Installation

Looking for a highly motivated HVAC Service/Installation technicians. Yates is a growing company in Michigan that has a passion for training and developing the best HVAC technicians. We service and install RTU units 2 to 25 tons, Furnace and A/C systems, Duct systems, Water source heat pumps, Ductless mini splits, Boilers including Hot water and steam, domestic water systems, Fan coils, Pumps, Zone valves in residential and commercial applications. We are looking for a true Service/Installation Technician. Must be technical and mechanical with real-world experience. Must have at least 5 years of practical field experience. Pay based on experience and ability.

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Inspect and perform equipment replacements

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields

Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

heating and air conditioning systems with a helper.

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
