Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a premier insurance agency team. This role is pivotal in supporting Commercial Account Managers catering to middle-market commercial clientele.

Work Environment: Fully Remote / Work from Anywhere

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

Key Duties:

Support in the billing of insurance policies.

Manage endorsements, policy audits, and cancellation processes.

Offer assistance with claims when necessary.

Aid Account Managers by helping with application completion, quote acquisition, and creating proposals and presentations.

Evaluate insurance coverage to identify gaps and recommend optimal coverage solutions.

Address and resolve accounting queries and issues.

Ensure adherence to data standards and integrity within the agency management system.

Qualifications:

Experience in commercial insurance is highly desirable.

Holding a Property and Casualty license will be advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational capabilities.

A strong team player with a capacity to encourage team cooperation.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Applied EPIC is an added bonus.
