Description
Resource will provide W7/10 Deskside/Network Support to remote field locations. We need a trusted and responsible resource that can work with little or no supervision to support these remote sites.
Technician Requirements:
Day to Day support—of end users—customer service
2 to3 years+ of 100 % day to day Deskside (Hands on support) experience in a corporate environment (any where in that experience range 2.5 to 4 years)
Window OS and MS office support experience
Client Networking support
Desktop/Laptop Installation/de-installation experience
Desktop/Laptop hardware support
A+/N+/MCP or and technical certifications are a huge bonus.
On-Site Deskside Support. Deskside Support Tech. Must be experienced in DESKSIDE support, Remote / CTS Support, SCCM, Windows, Incident, IMAC, VDI, SW/Break/fix, IMAC, Ability to solve tickets remotely, work with SCCD, excellent written and verbal skills are a MUST.
