Refund Processor (Temp-to-Perm) - Essential Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Refund Processor to join our team in a temp-to-perm role. This essential worker position requires full-time presence in our check processing room. If this sounds like you please apply and call !

Responsibilities:

Process refunds by pulling checks based on transmittals, SVRs, and Check 21 guidelines.

Ensure quality control by scanning checks and backups, verifying image clarity.

Index and perform quality checks on scanned check images and backups.

Handle daily mail processing, including opening, sorting, and batching checks.

Maintain strict adherence to company and client-driven Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet critical checkroom deadlines.

Prepare and mail out daily check batches to clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
