Account Executive SUMMARY:

Your primary responsibility is identifying & developing new clients for Medical Imaging equipment in medium sized facilities (i.e. Imaging Centers, etc).

In this versatile Account Executive role, you will be responsible for identifying & building new client accounts which may include hospitals, imaging centers, physician offices, and specialty medical facilities. Individuals are responsible for identifying and pursuing their own client accounts, funnel management, territory management, and meeting defined market share and quota targets. This position requires expertise in business development, new & existing account growth.

As a highly skilled Medical Imaging Account Executive, you should thrive in different high-pressure (long sales cycle) medical imaging selling environments. Our candidate can overcome complex obstacles, quickly identify targets, move with urgency, cultivate meaningful relationships, and create their opportunities with the ability to successfully close multiple deals at the same time. Candidates must embrace innovation, change, and the ability to travel, along with a strong desire to drive medical imaging equipment sales.

Creating and establishing new client opportunities are difficult tasks, it requires a strong professional candidate who is not afraid of NO, has vast networking skills, is highly creative, while also being extremely persistent and consistent in their efforts. Our candidate would confidently solicit medical imaging orders, close sales, and create revenue for RPS Imaging.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Identify prospective clients in your assigned area, research the client's business and equipment needs, and develop sales relationships to meet your quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Generate new leads by screening potential business opportunities, select deals in line with the company strategies, and lead/facilitate a professional sales process.

Provide Samsung Medical Imaging Equipment Sales, technical instruction of a complex nature during the formal sales process

Sell directly to end-users with winning proposals, meet or exceed Samsung Medical Imaging Sales Goals. Negotiate proposal terms and explain them to stakeholders.

Support industry trade shows and professional conferences

Become a Medical Imaging subject matter expert on our products, operations, & processes.

Work closely with sales and service organizations to report/improve product performance by providing guidance based on experience in/feedback from the field

Work with RPS and Samsung application specialists as required

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work processes

Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit patience with customer concerns or requests

Attend/complete all required training and sales meetings/functions

Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness

Maintain established customer accounts, and updated company CRM daily.

Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.

Willing to travel frequently including some overnights

Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are mandatory and background and drug testing (pre and post-hire) is required

Budget, expense, and resource management experience required

Must be a results-oriented, team player, and a people person

Must be self-driven to optimize performance without the need for extensive supervision

Must have and exhibit excellent presentation skills in small and large group situations

Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills within a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance with effective presentation skills to confidently deliver equipment solutions

Self-starter with great initiative to network and find "new" potential clients

Ability to overcome consistent obstacles and customer objections

Develop new business with a sales "hunter" mentality

Sales CRM system knowledge (weekly updates)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Ability to "find" your own potential targets through creative means (Business Development) experience.

Previous Medical Imaging Account Executive / Management experience is preferred

Strong market knowledge and a "winning" competitive attitude

Must be knowledgeable about Medical Imaging fundamentals and technology

COMPUTER & ANALYTIC SKILLS:

Must be able to present and demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, SalesForce CRM, and Google Chrome

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear

Must be able to sit and/or drive for long periods of time when traveling

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
