We have a career opportunity for a goal-oriented person who can build rapport quickly and is not easily intimidated.

We seek a highly motivated and professional Cold Caller to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves making outbound calls to property owners in the United States to gauge their interest in receiving all-cash offers for their properties. The ideal candidate will have near-native English fluency, excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics in the US or a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to property owners across the US to introduce Storydoor, Inc.'s services and discuss the benefits of all-cash offers for their properties.

- Develop and thoroughly understand the company’s real estate portfolio and investment strategies.

- Efficiently generate leads and manage the initial stages of the sales process.

- Answer potential clients' questions regarding cash offers and the benefits of partnering with Storydoor, Inc.

- Maintain detailed records of calls, including call outcomes and client feedback, in our CRM system.

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and improve calling strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a cold caller, telemarketer, or similar role; experience in real estate or investment sectors, especially in the US market, is a plus.

- Near-native fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to persuade and engage clients effectively.

- Knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to handle rejection.

- Basic understanding of CRM software and telephone systems.

- High school diploma required; further education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

- Hourly Rate: $2 per hour

- Performance-based bonuses
