We are helping our clients reverse Diabetes, HTN, HLD, PCOS, hypothyroidism and more. We are a growing clinic (open for about 20 years now) and looking to add on another provider in a part-time/contingent roll with the potential of full time as we expand.

Responsibilities

-Taking HPI, providing evaluation and management of chronic illnesses

-Prescribing weight loss assistive medications as appropriate for patient given patient medical history

-Evaluating EKGs, lab work, and indirect calorimetry testing

-Providing weekly nutrition counseling promoting healthy sustainable weight loss

-As needed: taking vitals, administering IM and subcutaneous injections

-Obtaining IV access, monitoring IV therapy, and discontinuing IV therapy

Requirements

-Must be a licensed PA or NP in Michigan, in good standing

-Active DEA license in good standing

-Must have a passion for preventative medicine, nutrition and wellness

-Must have good compassionate bedside manor (bonus if you have past counseling experience)

-Great team player and willing to help out where needed in a busy growing clinic
