Kitchen Helper

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Helpers.

The Kitchen Helper will provide essential support to our culinary staff by assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, washing and peeling ingredients, and portioning food items.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.

Assist chefs and cooks with cooking and baking tasks, including measuring ingredients, assembling dishes, and operating kitchen equipment.

Stock and organize kitchen supplies, including ingredients, utensils, and cooking equipment.

Follow food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of food products.

Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries, checking for accuracy and freshness of items.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of food orders.

Follow all kitchen policies and procedures, including safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen supervisors or chefs.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.

Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
